Our prices start from £350* a month and includes:

- Unlimited access to any of our communal spaces, coworking spaces and meeting rooms
- Innovation Connect Newsletters and Community Events
- Access to Community Portal
- Access to business support from the University and Barclays Eagle Labs
- Discounted access to University Facilities
- Minimum notice period of 30 working days
- Shared kitchen facilities with free tea and coffee
- Access to AV equipment in larger meeting room

Day Offices
Just need an office for the day or a couple of times a week without committing to one of our membership options? Our Technopole centre has daily office rental options which comes with everything you need to work at our site for the day - just bring your team and your laptops! Our on-site team will be on hand to offer support and get you set up.
Prices start from £130 (excluding VAT) a day for an office for 10 people. Get in touch for more info.
