I understand that the University needs to collect personal data about me for the purpose of answering my enquiry, and to provide any follow up materials promised. We believe it is necessary, and appropriate, to do so as the processing is within the University's and your legitimate interests.

I understand that my contact details will be held and used by the University for a period of up to 3 years (after which my details will be reviewed) to allow the University to contact me in relation to further initiatives. After that time the data will be deleted and not retained. Anonymised (not personal) data regarding the request will be retained for reporting, review and accreditation evidence purposes.
